PRODUCT DELIVERY \ ORDER FULFILLMENT After receipt of payment, ACE'S will email to the subscriber/buyer the following information: (a) URL link to ACE'S stock pick page; (b) a login name; (c) password and (d) access to ACE'S "subscribers only" and other pages for the duration of the payee's subscription. NOTES: 1. ACE'S provision of the latter Items 3(a), (b), (c) and (d) to the subscriber constitutes delivery of the product and fulfillment of the sale by ACE'S to subscriber. 2. No printed material or hardcopy of the information contained on the subject ACE'S stock pick page will be mailed to the buyer/subscriber. 3. There are usually 1-4 stocks picked each month. However, there could be a month(s) where no stocks are picked (because the crop of stocks collected on the particular month did not rate to be an ACE'S stock pick). For example, in 2009 there was 1 month, i.e., February, when there was no stocked picked. In 2007, there were 12 months where at least 1 stock was picked each month.
